Matt Bullard, a singer/songwriter from Orlando who performs under the name url (pronounced Earl), has released new single ‘honey.’
Topping the Spotify’s Fresh Finds: Indie playlist, the track features groovy bass lines and a high and captivating falsetto voice.
You’ll find some jazz and funk elements combined with an infectious beat. Surely, you’ll be singing along after one listen!
The lyrics are catchy, with lines like “Tell me babe, just tell me is it true, is it true Who do you, who do you love?” and it has a voice over intro that says “Sometimes they make you think that they love you, and then they go and they love somebody else” which perfectly captures the emotion of the song.
